What happens during an appointment?
Once your appointment date has been arranged at a time to suit you, our consultant will visit your home and bring along some samples of our products and fabric books.
During your time with our consultant, you can browse our sollection and get all the advice you need about what types of blinds we offer and which would be best for you situation.
Our consultants are experienced enough to help you decide on colours or patterns and give you advice about what blinds would be both practical and beneficial to you and your home.
Whilst they are there, your consultant will measure your windows and then offer you a bespoke quote based on your measurements and product selection and then leave you to make a decision. We do not pay our consultants on a commission basis, meaning there is no "hard sell", you can take your time to decide what to do with the quote.
This is the second time we have used the services of Harmony Blinds, the knowledge and advice helped us pick blinds for our house that were made to measure, affordable and installed at a time that suited us. Brilliant customer service. Thank you !
What happens after placing an order?
Once you are happy with your choice of blinds, shutters or awnings, your order is processed by our team and goes into production.
We make 90% of our blinds ourselves, using a team of skilled craftsmen that have been hand-making and finishing blinds for many years. Our quality control ensures your blinds are made to your exact specifications and are checked by our eagle-eyed team to ensure you're getting the best blinds around.
Our suppliers of shutters and awnings are UK based and have longstanding reputations for delivering quality products that are built to last, so you can rest assured you are receiving the best shading products on the market, no matter what you are looking for.
Once your products are ready, one of our friendly team will contact you to arrange an installation date with you. On that arranged date, we will bring your blinds, shutters or awnings to your home and install them to perfection, making sure to leave no mess behind and cause as little disruption as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will I wait for installation of my products?
The turnaround for your blinds, shutters or awnings can vary depending on what you order.
Most Blinds can be made and installed within 2-3 weeks.
Our Shutters take a bit longer depending on which materials they are made from. Our PVC shutters take as little as 4 weeks, but hardwood shutters can take up to 10-12 weeks.
Our Awnings are usually delivered and ready to install within 2-3 weeks.
